Business Program – Key Advantage of All-over-IP-2010

Key advantage of the 3rd All-over-IP Forum is a carefully structured business program. The forum takes place on November 18, 2010 at Sokolniki Expo (Moscow, Russia). www.all-over-ip.ru/eng

"Over the last 2 years, we have been creating a solid network of professional communications, – says Olga Fedoseeva, Content Manager of All-over-IP Forum. – The first forum was quite small and very focused on video surveillance so each participant could personally communicate to each visitor. It was already the second forum where each exhibitor could personally cover maximum 25% of the visitors. Of cos, we had informed all the audience on all the exhibitors and their offers well in advance."

"This year we expect 1,5 times more exhibitors and twice as many visitors as last year, – goes on to say Olga Fedoseeva. – In order to help end-users and system integrators make more sense out of their visit, and exhibitors make more business contacts with their targeted audience, events at each booth and each seminar will have even more distinctive focus than before."

1. All seminar held by vendors will be marked in accordance with professional interests of certain groups of visitors:

  • "New Products" – technical specialists of system integrators and end-users;
  • "Solutions" – technical management of system integrators and technical specialists of end-users;
  • "Installations/Projects" – technical management of end-users;
  • "Partnership" – top-management and owners of system integrators, resellers and distributors.

2. Executives of security, IT, building automation and enterprise communications departments of end-user companies will be offered a special program of vertical conferences.

3. The program of seminars and vertical conferences will be completed with events where the most authoritative international researchers and experts in security, IT, telecommunications and automate building will introduce global technology trends, forecasts and expertise.

4. The whole expo area will be marked in accordance with technological solutions presented at booths (video surveillance, data storage, access control, enterprise communications, etc.) and verticals these solutions are designed for (transportation, oil&gas, industrial sites, finances, telecom, local authorities).

"As we structure the whole business program this way, customers get a better understanding which booths and seminars they need to visit, and forum participants are able to have a personal contact with very focused, interested and well-prepared audience. Suppliers get access to customers of all levels of decision-making," – comments Olga Fedoseeva.
